RE: Microsoft Word and tracked changes

OK.
Use them every day.
Turn them on and off with control plus shift plus E.
Be sure they are verbalized in the verbosity menu, JAWS key plus V. There is
an option. I usually have the type of change plus count enunciated. You can
get author and date, but that is annoying.
Please check the keyboard shortcuts in Word . There is a shortcut for
displaying all "revisions" in a kind of list. You can then "go to" each
revision.
I prefer to go to "next revision." You, I believe, can do that with JAWS key
plus Z (which turns on quick keys) and then use "R" or Shift R.Actually, I've
created my own Word keyboard shortcuts to "Accept Changes", "reject changes"
and "go to next change."Here is a kind of trick. In the display tool bar
option, it is usually best, when you are revising, to put the document in
"final" mode (not showing mark-up).Then, make your edits. To check them,
switch to "final showing mark-up."In fact, you should remember to put the
document in "final showing mark-up" before you send, or your recipients won't
see the changes.Hope this helps.

Subject: Microsoft Word and tracked changes

Hey guys,
I just started a new job where I need to review tracked changes in word
documents. I've never used them before, can anyone please help me out? I need a
crash course. Thank you in advance!
