Microphone, and Password volt

Hello everyone,
Can anyone suggest a software program that is jaws friendly, that i can
install on my external hard drive. I want to create a volt in which i will
need to enter a password to access the information in it. 128 SSL incription
would be nice.
2nd, Is there any microphones that work better With Jaws? or does it even
matter?
