Sorry, didn't mean to imply they aren't fixing things, of course they are. I meant to state, that they have a history of blaming problems on you (or your graphics card) when the problem is really in jaws. Perhaps this problem has existed for a long time, so it gets blamed on several, varying, models of graphics cards, or perhaps not; however, the fact that we have many many folks using the same configuration just fine, and who say so over and over again, is simply ignored, while the poor folks with the problem are told to go buy a new graphics card. That may actually help, but then, so might any number of other system changes, but spreading the word that brand X of graphics card is incompatible with jaws is not a responsible business practice in my opinion, when you have much evidence to the contrary. It serves only to make people think that you're "on top of things" and that the fault is someone else's.
