Mac computers

Has anyone had experience with the Mac computers using Windows as well as 
the Mac operating system? Voice Over seems to work well, but if you switch 
to the Windows operating system on the Mac, can you use JAWS or does Voice 
Over still work? If you can use JAWS, does it conflict in any way with Voice 
Over in the Mac OS?
