Hello Jim and everyone: to do this you: 1. in your msn go to tools 2. then options 3. and then do a shift tab until you find "tab control personal." 4. Once there go right arrow until you find "general." 5. Once in the general tab do a tab once and you should hear "check box checked run messenger when windows starts." you can then uncheck the box then hit tab until you find ok and hit enter. regards Juan Sosa ----- Original Message ----- From: "Jim Portillo" <jp100@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Saturday, December 04, 2004 4:31 PM Subject: MSN messenger and signing out > Hi there, > I'm wondering if someone knows the option I'd need to choose on MSN > messenger so it doesn't automatically sign me in whenever I get online. > I'd like to sign in manually instead. > How would I go about doing that? > Jim > -- > To post a message to the list, send it to jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send a message to > jfw-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word unsubscribe in the subject line. > Archives located at: //www.freelists.org/archives/jfw > > If you have any concerns about the list, post received from the list, or > the way the list is being run, do not post them to the list.
