MS Mail

I am having a problem with Jaws and MS Mail. When I arrow through messages in the In Box I hear the name of the sender and the subject line. If I hold down the shift key to select and arrow through the messages I hear only the sender, as I can not always determine from just the name if I want to delete the message I would like to hear the subject line. Could someone please tell me what to change so I can hear both the sender and the subject line? Thanks, Tom
