Hello

Thanks very much for the prompt reply & helpful info. Hopefully this will fix the problem and my brother will have better success in hearing songs that I e-mail him.

It's tools/option, of course. Then control tab to the tab or page entitled
Read. Tab down a few times, five I think, to a couple of radio buttons
where you choose either to receive messages in HTML or in plain text. With
your selection on the HTML button, press the space bar, and jaws will say
"selected." Now tab down to OK, press Enter, and that will reset this and
close the dialogue.

hope that helps.

Hello back Tony

Thanks for the e-mail. Where exactly in outlook express do you make the
setting change so that every received e-mail you look at, is in the HTML
format? If you can help me out with this, I would be much appreciative.
Thanks.

Happy holidays and happy surfing

I believe that he would have to have his mail as HTML ratter than plain
text.

   Hello

I really hope someone can tell me what my brother has to do in his
outlook express settings to be able to hear songs I have e-mailed to him in
the background of some e-mails.

I use outlook express for my e-mail program and so does he. I know for
sure that the songs were sent to him in the background of the e-mails I sent
to him that are suppose to play automatically when he opens my received
e-mails with these songs, but the received songs do not play for him in his
outlook express program.

Can someone please help me out with this to give us some ideas of what
settings have to be changed in my brother's outlook express program to make
it possible for him to hear the holiday songs I have sent him? If someone
can please help me out with this, I would be much appreciative. Thanks.

   Happy holidays and happy surfing
   Hank
