Hi,

No - you cannot. The only way would be a dual boot system where you have
both Linux and Windows installed on your computer, with each OS using
separate hard disk partition. Although there are virtual machines that allow
Windows to run as a guest OS, it is not a good idea to use that method for
running JFW on it.
