Hello all,
Following the Research It issue, I have e-mailed a suggestion to Freedom
Scientific. Here is what I have put.
Begin message
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to make a suggestion to the JAWS for Windows screen
reader's Research It feature.
Currently, it would appear that only direct connections are possible for
Research It to query over the internet. Therefore, people in an
organization and requires the use of a proxy server to browse the web,
for example, are unable to view the queries Research It gathers.
The reason I am making this suggestion is because I read somebody having
the exact problem on a JAWS related mailing list.
Many thanks in advance for taking this suggestion into consideration.
Yours Faithfully,
End message
