I didn't know enough about computers at the time to tell you how this happened.
I assume just put the shortcut for the help system in startup group along with
jaws and whetever else.  I could alt-tab between jaws and the help system at
startup.  Somehow, I later disabled this, probably during a fix of something
else.  The help system is a seperate program because you switch amongst it and
other programs.
