Keynote speech, hardware or software?

Hello, is there any way to get Jaws for Windows to use Keynote speech,
either with a software installation or with a hardware synthesizer? If it is
hardware, do they make a USB model, or is it just serial ports, and how much
could I expect to pay for one? Do they still sell them, or do I have to find
them used?
Thanks a lot.
Matthew
