Hi Tracey,
Sometimes I have to switch to the Jaws cursor and move down the screen until I
find a song. Click on that, then do a control L and switch back to your Pc
cursor. Then use Alt L to download.
Other things that sometimes help are alt tabbing between running programs, or
sometimes moving between F6 and F7.
