Jfw and power braille

I have a braille ex el that does kind of the same thing. What I have to do is
start jaws with the braille ex connected. stop jaws, unplug the braille ex,
plug the braille ex and then restart jaws and all is good then.
Sounds kind of strange but it does work. who know, maybe one of the upcoming
releases of jaws will fix this issue.
