Jaws speaking twice at the same time

Hi all, As I have been writing about problem with jaws on My machine, a new
but very strange thing has occurred.
When ever the computer starts, jaws announces it's presence twice, I mean
jaws opens in 2 different windows and it speaks at the same time causing to
hear it twice. it is necessary to close both the windows and then restart
jaws to continue working. Meanwhile I still cannot use internet explorer
with jaws because it freezes and I have decided to download IE 6 from the
web and install it on My machine.
Please let me know ware can I get the latest version of internet explorer
and in your opinion is it likely to solve the problem?
