Re: Jaws shortcut

Hi,
The repair function is on the installation disk for version 10. I don't know
what's wrong with your short-cut creation, but try using the alt+enter key
and be sure to hit the apply key before hitting the okay key.

Subject: Jaws shortcut

I had both Jaws 10 and Jaws 9 installed. I uninstalled Jaws 9 and now the
shortcut for Jaws 10 (alt control J) . won't work, It was working for Jaws
10 prior to the uninstallation of Jaws 9. When I start Jaws 10 using the
run dialogue it starts but I get a message that the shortcut for Jaws.exe
can't be found and asks if I want to delete it. I have tried answering both
yes and no, restarting, changing the shortcut to none, restarting and re
doing the shortcut for 10 but so far haven't been able to get the shortcut
reestablished. Also, I don't see a repair Jaws in the version 10 menus, am
I missing it or is it no longer available. Thanks, Tom
