Hi Adrian, Thanks, I did get the update, but did run the repair. Usually, I have no problem with the Update from within Jaws. I suppose the fact that there are so many variables with each person's own computer system that it isn't as easy to get everything flowing as smoothly as we would all wish. Thanks, again. Crystal
