I'd rather not say because the answer might not work for another situation.
BTW: I wasn't running Jaws as a service. That wasn't why I couldn't
upgrade. I had two problems. One was caused by an incorrect file date.
The other may have been because I recently removed earlier versions of Jaws
from my system.
