yes, but I've seen no fix for it. Reinstalling and repairing jaws does not
fix it.

Hi All,
Recently I was asked why words using shift keys and arrow keys as well
as home and end keys would not select text in a document. I thought
maybe it was a word problem but when I unloaded jaws both 4.5.0 and 5.0
the problem was fixed. Has anyone come across this situation?.
We are talking here win xp home, microsoft word, wordpad and notepad.
System has 256 memory and everything else seems okay.
