Jaws friendly image converter/resizer?

Hi Guys,

Does anyone know of a Jaws friendly image converter/resizer program? I've tried using the one that comes with Microsoft Office 2003 but it won't let you save your images in alternate formats. It's a shame too because the program is pretty easy to use. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks.
