Hi Troy
You can call FS on the phone and they will help you activate manually.
If you have an earlier version of JAWS, mainly 6.0, it included an
authorization CD which, as the name suggests, authorized JAWS
automatically. But it looks as if you don't have one of those, so
calling FS is probably your best bet right now.
Good luck.

Hi Troy,
If you have 8.0, the installation disk will do the authorization too. You
just need an internet connection.
I believe that prior to 8.0, the authorization was on it's own disk.
Good luck,

Subject: Jaws authorization disk
Hi All,
Can somebody remind me if the Jaws authorization disk would've come when fs
mailed out one of the versions of Jaws or if it would've been in a package
by itself? If it came in a package with Jaws what version should it have
come with, and if it came by itself was the package labeled in braille on
the outside? I'm trying to figure out where my authorization disk would be
but frankly I don't even remember what it looked like. I know the original
authorization disk that I got 10 years ago with my first version of Jaws
that I had came on a floppy, has there been a new authorization disk sent
out since then and is it on CD now? I know that they changed the way we
authorize Jaws a while back but I don't remember if new authorization disks
were sent out at that time or not.
Thanks.
Troy
