what has happened,
is when she shut down the computer
she pressed the windows key and the letter u,
together
which turned on narrator
if you can not see the exit button for narrator
turn off jaws,
alt tab and listen to narrator
it is slower so give it time to talk
tab to the exit button
and hit the spacebar to turn it off

and when you want tu turn off the computer
press the windows key
then, the letter u
to shut down

Subject: Jaws at startup

Once again I am trying to help a lady learn how to use a computer. She has
Jaws installed. When she boots her computer Narrator speaks along with the
word JAWS. Does JAWS cause Narrator to load at startup? If so why?
