That's narator that's being configured to run at startup. Look at the options
for narator and see why it is loading. Could be narator is setup specifically
to load or that narator is setup to speak the login.

Once again I am trying to help a lady learn how to use a computer. She has Jaws
installed. When she boots her computer Narrator speaks along with the word
JAWS. Does JAWS cause Narrator to load at startup? If so why?
