no... all the instructions, like the following are applicable with XP:
1. Go into Control Panel and then User Accounts.
2. Press Tab once and you will hear Change a User Account.  Arrow down twice
until you hear Change the Way Users login and then press Enter.
3 Uncheck the box next to Use the Welcome Screen.
4. Tab until you hear Apply Changes and press Enter.  Then press Alt-F4 to
exit the program.

Unfortunately, it won't help me as I have XP Home not Pro, but it was certainly nice that the instructions were sent.
