Hi Dan, Here is something to look for since I had the same problem here sometime ago. I opened the control panel and double-clicked on "Taskbar and start menu". Then, I unchecked the "Auto-hide the taskbar" checkbox. In order to be sure I'll get insert+f11 everywhere, I then checked "Keep the taskbar on top of other windows". HTH. have a nice day. If I have any program windows open other than the command prompt window Jaws can't seem to access any of the items in the system tray. If command prompt or not other program windows are open then Jaws accesses the system tray items just fine. Does anyone have any ideas why it is doing this? Does anyone have any ideas on how to remedy this issue? Thanks. Dan Beaver
