Hello all,
Using Jaws 8.0 (newest version) and W/XP Home.
While on the desk top, I pressed F1 for the help menu. Inserted my search
term into the window and away it went. It pulled up 15 links from the
Windows Knowledge Base....very good so far.
Entered on one of the links and it opened. Could not read it with the PC
cursor, so I used the Jaws cursor.
I started reading about 6 words from the knowledge base text and then Jaws
started reading the header for the second link from the first page. Then
Jaws read a couple more words from the open file, and then it went back to
saying the 3rd link from the first page......so on..so on.
Any thoughts on how to clear up this screen so that I may read the open
document?
Tried refreshing screen with Insert/escape key but no help. Tried Maxing
window with no help.
Screen appears to be a jumble. Any help appreciated.
Thanks,
Morey
