IRC is not a programme as such, but a protocol, so whether JAWS works with it
or not depends on what client you use. I have an easy time with MIRC,
generally, and it's also the application that plenty of sighted Windows users
use. It works fine "out of the box" if you're not averse to using the JAWS
cursor. YOu can download it at http://www.mirc.com, I believe.
