It acts sort of strange for me also.  It's like it doesn't want to start 
reading the first couple of messages, but then if I can get those read it 
starts to read them automatically.  If those emails that are going to the 
bulk folder are from email lists, you can set up your lists so they won't be 
considered bulk mail on the hotmail site.

Debbie, the "control >" key stroke works in regards that it moves to the
other message, but Jaws will not read the message.  I'm not trying to move
from the in box to the bulk mail box, I'm in the list of messages in the
bulk mail folder.  I'll try what you've suggested...cheers Steve.
