I've had this as well. With JFW 5.0 but not with 4.51. However I just tried
reading the document I had issue with now after downloading the update to
5.0 and it worked very nicely. You still have to CTRL PGDWN to get to the
next page, but it reads now where it didn't before. Hopefully that will
work for you as well.
