Carliss,
I have experienced this problem intermittently. My laptop runs
Windows XP pro all updates applied.
What operating system is your computer running?

So what I am saying is, when I press the down load and instal button,
jaws doesn't say another word until I do an alt f4. I've never seen
this befor.
