Jaws And Flash Player

How do you turn the flash player on or off? There was a message about this
which I kept but evidently lost.
I am using 6.0 and XP home.
I am trying to listen to radio stations on www.billsparks.org and I cannot get
WMP 10 or 11 to work, no matter what I do. I've done everything I can think of
except checking the flash player. I'm not sure that has anything to do with
WMP, but I want to find out how to turn it off.
