RE: Jaws 9 reading problems on laptop

Dell is notorious for loading up a bunch of extraneous stuff.  In the Start
menu select Run and type in msconfig.  This is a multi tab screen I believe
it is the last tab which tells you which programs its loading up.  I suggest
that you uncheck virtually everything but jaws and your virus protection.
