Jaws 8.0 and Word 2003

Hello,
Wondered if anyone is or has had problems using Word with Jaws 8.0 where
can't read anything in a document regardless if new or one already saved and
or created? I am not able to navigate at all within any documents and have
run the Office repair plus reinstalled the program and still doesn't work.
So thought would check to see if anyone else was, is having the problem or
has had the problem and if so what did to solve it.
