Hmm, most interesting indeed.
I also have the same problem with the short cut key and thought it was
something set up wrong.
I am very thankful for Narrator as I can use it to start JAWS.
Good to know that it is not picking on me personally. (LOL)

Yes, and since the fixes for something was to switch to Jaws 7 or to unload
Jaws 8 and start it with the shortcut key, this is particularly frustrating.

latest version of Jaws? I have the shortcut key of ctrl plus alt j and
every time try and load jaws using it nothing happens.
So didn't know if this was a problem with the latest version or
