Which method are you talking about? Pressing the letter P? Or using the
Windows control-up and control-down arrow? Or...?

for example navigation by paragraph is broken since FS introduced this
DON stuff... in 7.10
it's not brocken if you use legacy mode in 7.10 or 7.0
and I usually read a site by paragraph.
