I've never had a problem with JAWS 8, except for the well discussed on this list problem with reading through search results in bearshare. But, oh well. I can't do it in any other file sharing program either so it's no real major concern with me. And, um, the whole thing of JAWS saying there are atachments when there are none in Outlook/Outlook Express? I use 7.1 at work and I get the same thing, so it ain't new with 8.0. I haven't found a site yet that JAWS 8 won't work with, at least for me. That's not to say it's the same for everyone, but no program ever is. Even Windows works for some and makes others want to pitch their computers.

I agree. I have not used JAWS 8 in some time, because I honestly feel it is the worse release ever put out by Freedom Scientific. It has many bugs; therefore, I have resorted to using JAWS 7.1 until FS repairs the many things that are wrong with the 8 version.

I am very disapointed in Jaws 8. There are so many sites that I can not
get it to read. Between telling me there are non-existant attachments to
telling me that buttons are inactive. I have two versions of Jaws close at
hand since Jaws 7 seems to be able to read more things.
