Bruce and Rick,

It isn't even like FS is even acknowledging the existance of some of the 
stability issues and the blank virtual buffers.  It would be somewhat 
different if they would just admit there are issues and explain to us, even 
if in broad strokes, what they're doing to fix them in a future version. 
Instead, many of us have gotten either canned responses or nothing at all 
from technical support.
