Hi Darrell,
I'm going to make a podcast next week with the problems I find and hopefully
hearing will be believing as some think we just whine. I hope to have
something completed and on my website next week after I've used the product
a bit more with the final release of Jaws 8.

Hello Steve, All we can all do is contact FS support, no matter how useless
doing so feels to us. But, we all really need to start documenting these
contacts and making our experiences made more public for all to see so that
the entire world can see how FS just isn't getting the job done these days.
