Jaws 7.0, VC++ 2k3 and Word 2k3 problem

Hi list,
Since I installed Microsoft Visual C++ 2003 on my computer, my jaws 7.0
is quite ugly at rendering the toolbar buttons in Microsoft Word 2003.
When I launched Word for the first time after VC++ installation, I had
to relabel all the graphics. Even though, rendering is very unstable.
For instance, if I press insert+escape in order to refresh the screen,
all the graphics disapear from what jaws shows.
Before VC++ installation, jaws worked like a charm with word. What can I
do to solve this problem please?
