Here is where I am, using either Jaws 5.1 or the new jaws 6 and word or office XP 2003, if you want to find synanyms for a word, while on the word, press the application key and down arrow to synanym and press enter and you are put into a list view of synanyms and then enter on the one you want and the selection is put into the document. no having to switch to the other pane which has in fact been a "PAIN".
