well it had been bugging me for a couple of weeks, but if I had needed to
write anything that required neatness, I just zipped back to 4.51, anyway
problem solved.

Thanks, Dan, for bringing this problem up. I could get Jaws to announce
the
buttons, but it is much easier to just hit enter if you want the change
made.
I installed the scripts, too, and now, OE 6 spellchecker is working right
again.
