Jim,
How about unchedking bookshare in the configuration manager first, then
reboot, then re-check bookshare and see if that resets it? Works fine for
me, now that I've added them all to my research choices.

I tried your suggestion, Steinbeck, for Bookshare, and no results were
found..
I've been a satisfied bookshare member for a long time, so this is
especially aggravating.
