RE: [JFWlite] lap tops and Jaws.

Anna,

Here are 3 questions that may help us figure out why you're having these
problems:

1)  are you using an HP computer?

2)  which version of JFW?

3)  Did you try the upgrade for the JRE that the TSN recommends?
