If you are using Windows XP, it has its own backup utility which is very
accessible. If it is already installed on your PC, you can find it under
System Tools. If it is not there, you'll need to install it from your XP
CD, which is a fairly simple thing to do. For more information, visit

I back up to an external hard drive and this utility works quite well for
me.
