I know some library's, such as the one here in Eugene, have a computer that has JAWS installed, so the video intercept is already there, that would make it easy for someone with the thumb drive to come in and put it in to have all there settings when they use it. So for you to effectively use it in a library situation, you'd pretty much need administrative rights for the library's computer, and I strongly doubt the library would give that to you.
