I don't know. I guess you could try using Narrator to see if the resolution is set right. I believe that it should be set at 1228 by 768 pexles. Another thing you could try is to make sure you are running the most up-to-date driver for your vidio card.

Yes, I've rebooted pc several times and restarted Jaws several times. Nothing changes. If the screen resolution is an issue, I can't get there from here.
