JFW and popup balloons

Hello everyone. I have an annoying problem with popup balloons telling me some
important bit of information about my system and instructing me to "click here
for more information."
However, there is no here to click on, I can't find anything to click on at
all, using the JAWS cursor, invisible cursor, etc. does not work either, and
going to the system tray does not provide any options to go for more
information. What am I missing? Does anyone have experience dealing with
these balloons? thanks for your help in advance.
