JFW and Avast.

Hi folks.  I'm sure lots of people on this list use Avast, Antivirus.  I'm 
wondering how to make sure Avast is running, and how to make it start when 
windows does.  Any help would be appreciated as always.  Seems like it's not 
running on my system, at start-up for some reason.
