Very strange. I have AVG running on both my machines and in both cases
received the serial number within 24 hours. You may want to run the
installer and when you get to the screen that asks for the serial number tab
to the "get serial number" and hit SpaceBar on it. This will take you back
to the Grisoft site and you can try re-entering your email addy and attempt
to get a serial number that way. I used the same email addy to get both of
my serial numbers, so that isn't a concern. You can then cancel out the
installer and wait for the serial number. HTH
