Hi!!
yes you can purchase CD labels from most office supply stores, but with 
braille you run into a couple of problems.

1) Braille paper is quite stiff, and is designed to hold its form over 
time, whereas a CD label is designed to be  printed or written on.  If 
you braille on these labels than it is quite likely that it won't stay 
readable over time.

2)  If you use braille tape on CD's than you run the risk of the the 
tape peeling off inside the CD drive, which would damage the drive.

My personal advice is, braille a CD cover and use plastic CD cases.  
Your only problem is to put your CD's back in their labelled folder when 
finished with them.
