JFW & MS Malicious Code removal tool

Hello listers,
Seems like every time Windows update has something to download, an update to
"Microsoft Malicious Code Removal Tool" is in the download list. I have
downloaded and installed it, but where the heck does Microsoft hide this
utility, and is it JAWS accessible?
